Dave started Central Graphics in 1995 based on a concept he wrote about in a college paper. He has since seen it grow from a small sign shop to a national leader in large format graphics and visual communication. Dave lives in Silverlake with his wife, Asha, son, Joseph, and daughter, Priya. In his spare time, he enjoys working on classic cars, Cleveland sports, gardening, and traveling.

Asha not only makes sure we have all of our bills paid, she makes sure the budget is balanced in such a way that everybody gets to pick their favorite lunch on their birthday. When she’s not keeping our spending tight, Asha also enjoys taking care of her many nieces and nephews, and supporting all the extracurricular activities of her daughter, Priya, and son, Joseph. She also has a passion for the theater and has directed multiple traveling theater groups.

As managing director, Jeff gets to work closely with all of the employees and vendors to make sure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly and that Central Graphic's clients are getting quality products in a timely manner. He lives in Kent with his wife and daughter and bikes, runs, and hikes the local trails as much as possible, enjoys boating on Lake Erie, and usually has at least a couple woodworking or house projects in the works.

A creative in every aspect, Bill has been a working Graphic Artist for over 26 years. Having studied Commercial Art while still in High School then following up with a Graphic Design degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Bill specializes in developing solutions most every visual communication need. Retirement for Bill will include swigging Mai Tai’s on some remote beach while banging a drum and painting seashells for visiting tourists!

Joe is on “the front line” and meeting with new clients every week. Friendliness and strong communication skills are the keys to his success, and the Golden Rule is always in play! Joe lives in Akron with his wife Jo Ann and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, being outdoors and travelling with his family.

As a project manager, Merry loves to help guide clients from the quoting phase through to the dazzling finished product. A graduate of Kent State University, she enjoys creating beautiful things, meeting new people, and laughing at herself. She comes from a long line of career printers, stretching back more than six generations in the Akron area, and is very proud to keep the family tradition alive. When she is not at the office, you can find her creating chalk murals, painting portraits, or recording music with her family.

Cas is running the production side of our company. She prioritizes projects and makes sures everything’s running smoothly. She also plans out projects according to the due dates. She spent two years in school learning all about the world of graphic design and puts her skills to the test. When Cas isn’t in the shop she’s usually cuddling up with her cats while making art. 

Cecilia is a proud member of the Design Team at Central Graphics. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Visual Communication Design and a minor in User Experience Design. Cecilia loves to paint and exercise her creativity in her free time, as well as spending time with friends, family, and her pup Banksy! She will make all the creative dreams for your brand to come to life!

Priya gets to do the fun work with Central Graphics by organizing and managing all social media platforms utilizing software programs to manage the posting schedules. The hard part is analyzing the performance of the content. Social Media writing and posting takes a lot of creative imagination and has helped her develop successful administrative strategies as well as teaching her to excel in simplifying systems. She enjoys hiking, photography, gardening, traveling, spending time with friends and watching New Girl on Netflix. 

As a graphic designer, Joey collaborates with all employees in each department to make sure your project is correct, accurate, and most importantly above your expectations! He is an alumnus of Baldwin Wallace University and Cuyahoga Community College with over 5+ years of experience. In his free time, Joey enjoys spending time with family/friends, golfing, playing video games, gambling, and watching endless hours of tv shows and movies! He’s also amazing at math!

Elle oversees the administrative functions of the office such as accounting, purchasing, shipping, office maintenance & customer service. If there is ever an issue or question, she will work with our clients to make sure their projects are completed to their satisfaction. She takes great pride in her work, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. She brings laughter and excitement to the front desk. She loves her cat who looks just like a little bunny and her name is Lola! 

Lukas is our newest member of the production team. He is directly involved in turning your project into reality. He is also great at problem-solving and is always looking for ways to make projects run more efficiently. Lukas is a great asset to the team, and we are thrilled to have him onboard. He went to school for film at the University of Toledo. During his free time, he enjoys drawing illustrations as well as playing with his cats. 

Jimmy makes sure our place is spotless and keeps us organized in design and production. Keeps our fleet running smoothly. He enjoys cars and his two cats Wilson and Baby. He is also president of the Pontiac Club which is a sports car club. 

Hector works close in the back doing installations and making sure everyone is on the same page. He is responsible for the detailed work which he pays great attention to. He also does most of the heavy lifting in the shop. Hector is a hard worker and is very reliable. He has a great work ethic and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He is an asset to the team and his presence is always appreciated. In his free time, he enjoys being outside and socializing with friends. 

Marissa is one of our newest graphic designers. She works closely with our team to bring your artwork to life. Marissa is very creative, uand she collaborates with the sales team on specific designs. Marissa has a great eye for detail, and her work always meets our high standards. She's been a great addition to our team. A fun fact about Marissa is that she loves heavy metal and drives a cool red motorcycle.
